Installment/ Period – 120 Months ( 10 Years)
Purpose  - Personal/Domestic  or income generating activities or any business development purpose
Security : against property (Plot / Building)
Maximum Loan Limit -  Rs. 40.00 lakhs
A mortgage is a loan in which property is used as collateral. The borrower enters into an agreement with the lender (usually a bank) wherein the borrower receives cash upfront then makes payments over a set time span until he pays back the lender in full.
Documents Required for Mortgage Loan :

1. Registered Sale deed / Gift deed Registered / Partition deed.(Non Agri Property)
2. Mutation copy (Order on change of Khata)
3. Current Year Form No.3 (Urban areas) and Form No.9 & 11A (Villages)
4. Tax paid receipt
5. 15 years E.C compulsory
6. Previous one  year financial Business Audit Report from Chartered Accountant. / for employees Salary Certificate.
7. N.D.C  from  other local banks.
8. N.A  Order & Layout copy.
